Cream Corn

Ingredients:

  1. 4 ears - Corn
  2. 1 teaspoons - Bacon Fat
  3. 1 teaspoons - Milk
  4. 1 teaspoons - Cornstarch

Directions:

1. Shuck your corn and get rid of the silks.
2. If you plan to make this in bulk, you need to blanch the ears of corn for 5 minutes before continuing the following steps.
3. With a potato peeler, shave off the bulk of the corn kernels into a bowl.
4. Take your corn cutter and get the rest of the corn and juices for the ear.
5. Cook in the microwave or skillet until the milk is cooked out of the corn and the desired doneness is reached.
6. While cooking, add milk, bacon fat, salt, and sugar to taste and desired consistency.
