Creamed Corn

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cans - #10 (number 10) can whole kernel corn
  2. 3 pounds - cream cheese
  3. 3/4 pounds - butter
  4. 2 1/4 cups - heavy cream
  5. 3/4 cups - sugar
  6. 4 teaspoons - black pepper
  7. 2 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

Drain water off corn. Cut cream cheese and butter into 1-inch squares.

Combine all ingredients and cook on very low heat.
