Ingredients:
- - 4-6 Potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 - Sweet onion chopped
- 3 - Ribs celery chopped
- 8 ounces - Mushrooms sliced
- 1 - Zuccini diced
- 1 bottles - Clam juice 8oz?
- 1 cans - Fancy clams and juice
- 1/2 pounds - Salad shrimp
- 1 - Small pkg smoked salmon
- 1 cups - White wine boiled down to half
- 2 cups - Cream
- - Roux and 2 cups half and half
- - 1/2 can chipotle in Adobe, blended
- - Garlic
- - Salt
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes til just barely fork tender, drain and leave in soup pot
2. Saute onion and celery in butter, put into pot
3, Saute mushrooms and zucchini in butter
