Creamy Chipotle Seafood Chowder

Ingredients:

  1. - 4-6 Potatoes, cubed
  2. 1/2 - Sweet onion chopped
  3. 3 - Ribs celery chopped
  4. 8 ounces - Mushrooms sliced
  5. 1 - Zuccini diced
  6. 1 bottles - Clam juice 8oz?
  7. 1 cans - Fancy clams and juice
  8. 1/2 pounds - Salad shrimp
  9. 1 - Small pkg smoked salmon
  10. 1 cups - White wine boiled down to half
  11. 2 cups - Cream
  12. - Roux and 2 cups half and half
  13. - 1/2 can chipotle in Adobe, blended
  14. - Garlic
  15. - Salt

Directions:

1. Boil potatoes til just barely fork tender, drain and leave in soup pot
2. Saute onion and celery in butter, put into pot
3, Saute mushrooms and zucchini in butter
4.
