Crispy Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 2 whole - Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts halves
  2. 2 whole - Medium Red potatoes quartered and cut into 1/2" slices
  3. 1/4 cups - Chopped Onion
  4. 1 whole - Medim Carrot cut into 1/4" slices
  5. 1 sticks - Celery cut into 1/4" slices
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Rubbed Sage

Directions:

Divide chicken adn vegetables between two pieces of double-layered heavy-duty foil (about 18" square). Sprinkle with sage, salt nd pepper; top with dill sprigs. Fold foil around the mixture and seal tightly. Grill, Covered, over medium heat for 30 min or until the chicken juices run clear and vegetables are tender.
