Crispy Chicken Thigh Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 4 pounds - Bone in, Skin on Thighs
  2. 2 tablespoons - baking powder
  3. 1/2 tablespoons - Kosher salt
  4. 1 teaspoons - Smoked Paprika
  5. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - oregano
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - onion powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray a wire rack with cooking spray. Lay out chicken thighs skin up and put on baking sheet - dry with paper towels.
Mix baking powder and spices in a bag or air tight container. Toss chicken thighs to cover.
Bake chicken on center rack for 30 minutes. Increase temperature to 425 degrees and move to top rack. Bake 30 more minutes.
