Ingredients:
- 2 - large cucumbers sliced
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 2 tablespoons - vinegar
- 1 tablespoons - chopped chives
- 1 teaspoons - dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoons - sugar
- - dash of pepper
Directions:
Peel and slice (thin) cucumbers; sprinkle with salt and let stand for 30 minutes. Drain.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over cucumbers. Chill and serve.
