Double Cheese Grits Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups - milk
  2. 2 cups - water
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  4. 1 cups - grits
  5. 2 cups - cheddar cheese
  6. 1/2 cups - butter
  7. 1/3 cups - parmesan cheese
  8. 2 - large eggs
  9. - paprika

Directions:

Combine milk, water and salt in large saucepan; bring to a boil.

Stir in grits, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in butter and cheeses to melt.

Beat eggs; stir in small amount of grits, then add to grits mixture.

Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes.
