Dutch Carrots

Ingredients:

  1. 3 slices - bacon chopped
  2. 1 - onion sliced or chopped
  3. 4 cups - cooked, diced carrots
  4. - salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove bacon.

Cook onion in bacon drippings until transparent. Add carrots. Season with salt and pepper.

Turn carrots into hot vegetable dish. Garnish with bacon. Serve soon.
