Easy Venison Roast

Ingredients:

  1. 3 pounds - venison roast
  2. 21 1/2 ounces - can cream of mushroom soup regular of reduced fat
  3. 1 packages - dry onion soup
  4. 1/2 cups - white wine

Directions:

Place roast in heavy duty foil. Mix onion soup, mushroom soup and wine. Pour over roast. Close foil, place in a baking dish, and bake for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours at 350.
