Ingredients:
- 2 - eggplants
- 1 - onion chopped
- 1/2 cups - celery chopped
- 1/2 cups - butter
- 1 teaspoons - sage
- 1/4 cups - sugar
- 2 cups - sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 - roll J.D. sausage cooked
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cups - milk
Directions:
Boil eggplants 'til tender.
Saute onion and celery in butter.
Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased baking dish at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
