Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - ground venison
  2. 1 - onion minced
  3. 2 - eggs
  4. 14 ounces - can diced tomatoes
  5. 1/4 cups - green pepper diced
  6. 2 slices - bread cubed
  7. dashes - pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  9. 2 teaspoons - chili powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - ground cumin
  11. 1/4 teaspoons - crushed red pepper flakes
  12. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  13. 1 jars - mild salsa
  14. 1 cups - cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, place all ingredients. Mix together, form loaf and place it diagonally in a 9 in x 9 in cake pan. Bake for 50 mins, then spread enough salsa over the top and return to the oven for an additional 15 mins or until thoroughly cooked and juices run clear.
