Enchilada Bake-Keto

Ingredients:

  1. 4 ounces - Cream cheese softened
  2. 2 - Eggs
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Taco Seasoning Homemade
  4. 16 ounces - Cheddar Cheese
  5. 1 pounds - Hamburger Meat
  6. 1 tablespoons - Taco seasoning
  7. 8 1/2 ounces - Enchalada Sauce
  8. 4 ounces - diced green chilis

Directions:

Crust:
Whisk cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add 1/2 tsp taco seasoning and 8 oz cheese and mix well. Spread into greased 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes until browned. Let stand 5-10 minutes before adding topping.

Topping:
Brown and drain hamburger meat. Mix seasoning (1 tbl), enchilada sauce and chilis. Spread over crust and top with 8 oz cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
