Ingredients:
- 4 ounces - Cream cheese softened
- 2 - Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoons - Taco Seasoning Homemade
- 16 ounces - Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pounds - Hamburger Meat
- 1 tablespoons - Taco seasoning
- 8 1/2 ounces - Enchalada Sauce
- 4 ounces - diced green chilis
Directions:
Crust:
Whisk cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add 1/2 tsp taco seasoning and 8 oz cheese and mix well. Spread into greased 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes until browned. Let stand 5-10 minutes before adding topping.
Topping:
Brown and drain hamburger meat. Mix seasoning (1 tbl), enchilada sauce and chilis. Spread over crust and top with 8 oz cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
