Ingredients:

  2. 1/2 cups - canned low-sodium black beans drained, rinsed
  3. 1 - small tomato chopped
  4. 1 - scallion sliced
  5. 1 teaspoons - olive oil
  6. 1 teaspoons - fresh lemon juice
  7. - pinch of salt
  8. - pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

In a medium bowl, gently toss all ingredients to combine.
