Fried Cabbage, Ham & Noodles

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups - Cooked Ham cubed
  2. 2 cups - White onion diced
  3. 1 cloves - Garlic Minced
  4. 1 1/2 pounds - Cabbage Bite sized pieces
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 teaspoons - Olive Oil
  7. 8 tablespoons - Butter divided
  8. 1 tablespoons - black pepper
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - White pepper
  10. 8 ounces - egg noodles dry

Directions:

In a large skillet, over medium high heat, cook ham cubes in 3 tbl butter until they brown (1-2 minutes)

Add 2 tbl butter to pan and add minced garlic and onions. Sautee for about 2 minutes.

Add cabbaage, oil, salt and both peppers, mix and cover. Reduce medium heat and cook 8-10 minutes.

Cook noodles and drain.

Once cabbage is tender, add drained noodles.

Add rest of butter (4 tbl) and cook about 2 minutes
