Fried Shrimp

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - Sugar
  3. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  4. 1 cups - Ice Water
  5. 1 whole - Egg
  6. 2 tablespoons - Oil

Directions:

1. Peel and devein your shrimp. Pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Flour the shrimp in a bowl and then transfer to the batter
3. Fry your shrimp at 350*F until they float and are as brown as you want them.
