Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients:

  1. 5 cups - Mixed Fruit/Your Favorite drained
  2. 1/2 cups - Sugar/Agave Agave 25% sweeter/low glycemic
  3. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  4. 1/2 cups - Butter softened
  5. 1 cups - Flour
  6. 1/2 cups - Milk
  7. 2/3 cups - Sugar
  8. 1 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  9. 1 cups - Boiling Water

Directions:

Place fruit in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Any fruit you choice canned or frozen will work nicely.
Thoroughly mix all of the batter ingredients and pour over the fruit
Combine the topping ingredients and spread evenly over the batter. Do not mix.
Pour 1 cup boiling water over it all.
Bake at 375 degrees or (350 glass dish) for 60 minutes.
