Garden Fresh Ravioli

Ingredients:

  1. 9 ounces - Refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli, uncooked
  2. 1/4 cups - Italian dressing
  3. 1 cloves - Garlic
  4. 1/2 - Medium red onion sliced
  5. 2 cups - Grape tomatoes Cut in half
  6. 1/4 cups - Chopped fresh basil
  7. 1/4 cups - Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Prepare pasta as directed on package. In the meantime, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-low heat. Add garlic and onion; sauté until onion is crisp-tender. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add basil. Drain pasta. Toss lightly with tomato-basil mixture. Top with cheese.
