Garlic Cheese Grits

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/4 cups - grits (uncooked)
  2. 3 1/2 cups - boiling water
  3. 4 1/2 ounces - cheese whiz
  4. 1/2 cups - butter
  5. 2 - eggs
  6. 1 cups - milk
  7. 1/2 cups - grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Cook grits in boiling water for 30 minutes or until done.

When grits are done, crumble cheese whiz and butter into grits. Blend in eggs and milk.

Pour into greased 2-quart Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Top with grated cheese and bake for 15 more minutes.
