Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups - Tomato juice (13 1/2-oz.)
- 1 cubes - Beef buillon
- 1 tablespoons - Salad oil
- 3 drops - Tobasco
- 2 tablespoons - Bell pepper Chopped
- 1 whole - Tomato Chopped
- 1 cloves - Garlic Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons - Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 2 tablespoons - Onion Finely chopped
- 1/4 cups - Unpared cucumber
- 1/2 whole - Avocado Chopped
Directions:
1. Heat juice to boiling. Add boullion cube and salt. Stir until dissolved. Cook to lukewarm.
2. Add all other ingredients. Pour into glass container; seal and refrigerate into chilled.
3. Add 1/2 medium avocado 2 hrs. before serving.
