German Cocolate Bars - Keto

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Swerve granulated
  2. 1 dashes - pink salt
  3. 4 tablespoons - baking cocoa
  4. 6 ounces - Heavy whipping cream
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  6. 2 - eggs
  7. 1/4 cups - melted butter
  8. 1 1/4 cups - unsweetened coconut flakes
  9. 3/4 cups - chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix Swerve, salt and cocoa.
Melt butter and add to power mixture.
Add heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla. Stir well until combined.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Put in 9x9 pan, and bake 30-35 minutes or until middle is set.
