1/3 cups - Butter
1/3 pounds - Brown sugar
2/3 cups - Sugar
2 - Eggs
1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
1/2 teaspoons - Syrup
1 1/4 teaspoons - Baking soda
1/2 pounds - Peanut butter
3 cups - Rolled Oats
1/3 pounds - M&Ms
6 ounces - Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoonful on to greased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 min.
