Green Bean Burger Bake

Ingredients:

  1. 4 slices - bacon
  2. 1 pounds - ground meat
  3. 2 cups - bread crumbs
  4. 1 - egg
  5. 1 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 cups - sour cream
  7. 2 packages - frozen green beans
  8. 1 packages - dried onion soup
  9. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  10. 1 cans - mushrooms drained
  11. 1/4 teaspoons - oregano

Directions:

Dice and brown bacon; remove from pan.

Combine ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, salt and half of sour cream. Shape into 12 meat balls and brown in bacon drippings.

Cook green beans (do not season).

Combine remaining ingredients with other half of sour cream and mix lightly with green beans and bacon.

Spoon into baking dish, top with meat balls, and bake covered at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes.
