Grilled Beef Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - French dressing
  2. 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  3. 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1/8 teaspoons - garlic powder
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - pepper
  6. 1 pounds - beef top sirloin steak cut into 1-1/2 in cubes
  7. 10 - bacon strips cut in half
  8. 1 - sweet red pepper cut into chunks
  9. 1 - green pepper cut into chunks
  10. 2 - small zucchini cut into chunks
  11. 8 - med fresh mushrooms
  12. 1 - large onion quartered

Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk the first five ingredients. Place half of the marinade in large resealable plastic bag. Add beef, seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hrs. or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
Drain beef, discarding marinade in bag. Wrap bacon around beef cubes. On four metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread beef and vegetables.
Grill, covered, over med heat 10-15 mins or until beef reaches desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and basting frequently with reserved marinade.
