Ingredients:
- 1 - large whole cabbage (39 ounces)
- 1/3 cups - blue cheese crumbled
- 5 strips - bacon
- 1/4 cups - apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinchs - stevia glycerite or 1 tablespoon Sukrin Fiber Syrup Gold
- - bacon grease from 5 strips
- pinchs - chili powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook bacon until crisp. (either on a pan, an oven toaster or oven). Let it cool and crumble.
2. Cut cabbage into 8 slices. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Lightly brush cabbage with Apple Cider Vinegar, sweetener, and bacon drippings.
4. Cook cabbage on the grill or in a pan. Opt to baste with the liquid mixture.
5. Before serving, top with crisp bacon and crumbled blue cheese. Enjoy!
