Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - salmon
  2. 2 teaspoons - olive oil
  3. 2 teaspoons - fresh lemon juice
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  5. - pepper
  6. 2 cloves - garlic crushed
  7. 2 teaspoons - fresh rosemary chopped or 1 tsp. dried

Directions:

Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary in a bowl. Brush the mixture onto the fish. Grill over med-hot until the fish flakes easily. Allow about 4-6 mins per 1/2 in of thickness. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
