Grilled Trout

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 pounds - trout fillets
  2. 3 teaspoons - lemon juice
  3. 3 tablespoons - butter melted
  4. - salt
  5. - pepper
  6. - parsley

Directions:

Place fish on aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle the lemon juice and butter over the fish. Salt and pepper the fist to taste. Add parsley. Fold the edges to form a tight seal. Grill for 15 mins, or until the fish flakes easily.
