    This is an Ina Garten recipe that I have made so many times since everyone loves it. You can serve it as an appetizer with chips, too, but it's a great dinner.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - tuna seared rare
  2. 2 whole - limes grate 1
  3. 1 teaspoons - soy sauce
  4. 5 dashes - Tabasco or to taste
  5. 1 whole - avocado diced
  6. 1/4 - Chopped red onion
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - wasabi powder (optional)
  8. - arugula for topping
  9. - hot dog buns

Directions:

Salt and pepper the tuna and grill or sear in a pan, keeping it rare. Let it cool and cut into small cubes.
In a large bowl, whisk 2 T. olive oil, lime zest, juice of 2 limes, onion, wasabi powder, soy sauce, Tabasco and salt. Toss in the chopped avocado and tuna. Fill hot dog rolls with mixture - you can top with scallions and arugula and serve room temperature or cold.
