This is an Ina Garten recipe that I have made so many times since everyone loves it. You can serve it as an appetizer with chips, too, but it's a great dinner.

Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - tuna seared rare
- 2 whole - limes grate 1
- 1 teaspoons - soy sauce
- 5 dashes - Tabasco or to taste
- 1 whole - avocado diced
- 1/4 - Chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoons - wasabi powder (optional)
- - arugula for topping
- - hot dog buns
Directions:
Salt and pepper the tuna and grill or sear in a pan, keeping it rare. Let it cool and cut into small cubes.
In a large bowl, whisk 2 T. olive oil, lime zest, juice of 2 limes, onion, wasabi powder, soy sauce, Tabasco and salt. Toss in the chopped avocado and tuna. Fill hot dog rolls with mixture - you can top with scallions and arugula and serve room temperature or cold.
