Ham and Artichoke Sauce for Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - 9 oz. frozen artichokes thawed
  2. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  3. 6 ounces - ham cut in slivers
  4. 8 - cherry tomatoes halved
  5. 1/4 cups - sliced green onions
  6. 1/3 cups - sliced black olives
  7. 1 packages - 9 oz. fettuccine cooked
  8. 3/4 cups - milk
  9. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  10. 1/2 cups - Parmesan

Directions:

Saute ham in olive oil; stir in artichokes, tomatoes, green onions and olives.

Mix together milk, mayonnaise and Parmesan. Add to vegetable and ham mixture, stirring.

Serve over hot fettuccine.
