Ingredients:
- 1 packages - 9 oz. frozen artichokes thawed
- 1 tablespoons - olive oil
- 6 ounces - ham cut in slivers
- 8 - cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cups - sliced green onions
- 1/3 cups - sliced black olives
- 1 packages - 9 oz. fettuccine cooked
- 3/4 cups - milk
- 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups - Parmesan
Directions:
Saute ham in olive oil; stir in artichokes, tomatoes, green onions and olives.
Mix together milk, mayonnaise and Parmesan. Add to vegetable and ham mixture, stirring.
Serve over hot fettuccine.
