Homemade Granola Crunch

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - bran flakes
  2. 3 cups - old fashioned oats
  3. 1 cups - flaked coconut
  4. 1 cups - coarsely chopped pecans
  5. 1/2 cups - wheat germ
  6. 1/2 cups - brown sugar
  7. 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  8. 1 teaspoons - salt
  9. 1/2 cups - vegetable oil
  10. 1/2 cups - water
  11. 2 tablespoons - honey
  12. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  13. 1 cups - raisins
  14. 1 cups - coarsely chopped dates
  15. 1/2 cups - banana chips

Directions:

Combine in a large bowl the bran flakes, oats, coconut, pecans, wheat germ, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.

In a small bowl combine water, honey and vanilla; pour over oat mixture and mix well.

Spread mixture evenly on greased jelly-roll pan. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until brown.

Cool in pan; stir in raisins, dates and banana chips.

Store in airtight container.
