Honey Mustard Grilled Trout

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - mayo
  2. 1 tablespoons - cider vinegar
  3. 1 tablespoons - mustard
  4. 1 tablespoons - honey
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
  6. 4 - large onions cut into 1/2 in slices
  7. 6 - trout fillets 6 oz each

Directions:

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Place onions but side down on grill rack with sides touching. Arrange fillets on onion slices. Cover and grill over med-hot heat for 5 mins. Baste with mustard mixture. Cook 5-6 mins longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently. Discard onion slices.
