Ingredients:
- 5 pounds - to 6 pound roast (top round)
- 2 cups - chicken broth
- 1 packages - onion soup mix
- 2 cups - water
- 1 tablespoons - basil
- - salt and pepper
- - garlic to taste
- - oregano to taste
- - rosemary to taste
- 2 cans - beef broth
- - green peppers sliced
- - fresh mushrooms sliced
- - juice from meat
Directions:
Cook beef until done, cool and slice.
Boil all remaining ingredients together; simmer beef in it for 1 hour.
