Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups - crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cups - melted butter
- 1/4 cups - sugar
- 2 cans - 14 oz. condensed milk
- 1 cups - Key Lime juice
- 5 - egg yolks
- - zest of 4 key limes
- 1 pints - heavy cream whipped
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all crust ingredients together. Press to cover bottom of 9-inch pie pan, pressing firmly. Bake 8 minutes and then let cool.
Combine all the filling ingredients. Pour into baked crust. Bake another 8 minutes.
Chill and freeze for 1 hour before serving. Serve with dollops of whipped cream.
