Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Onion Chopped
  2. 1 - Tomato Chopped
  3. 1 cups - Black eyed peas Soaked if possible
  4. 2 1/2 cups - Water
  5. 4 cups - Swiss chard Chopped
  6. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  7. 1 teaspoons - Black pepper
  8. 1/3 cups - Peanut butter

Directions:

Put all ingredients except the peanut butter into instapot and stir well. Add peanut butter on center top making sure it doesn’t touch the side of the pot. Cook on high pressure for 27 minutes and allow to release naturally for 10 minutes. Stir before serving.
