Kielbasa and Peppers

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  2. 14 ounces - kielbasa, sliced 1/2-inch thick diagonally
  3. 1 - bell pepper, any color, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch slices
  4. 1 - onion, thinly sliced
  5. 2 teaspoons - hot sauce, or to taste
  6. - Salt and pepper

Directions:

Warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Add bell pepper, onion and hot sauce; sauté until vegetables have softened, about 7 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
