Ingredients:
- 1 cups - fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1/3 cups - butter
- 4 - skinless chicken breasts halved
- 1/3 cups - flour
- 1/2 cups - marsala wine
- 1/3 cups - chicken broth
- - salt and pepper
- 1/2 cups - shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cups - grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cups - sliced green onions
Directions:
1. Cook mushrooms in butter and set aside.
2. Cut chicken breasts in half, place in plastic bag and pound thin. Dredge in flour and brown in butter (3 to 4 minutes). Place in greased 13-x-9-inch pan.
3. Sprinkle mushrooms over top.
4. Add wine and broth to pan drippings, simmer 6 to 8 minutes; add salt and pepper.
5. Pour over chicken.
6. Combine cheeses and green onion and sprinkle over top of chicken.
7. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes or longer if needed.
