Marinated Steaks

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - venison steaks
  2. 1/4 cups - red wine vinegar
  3. 1/4 cups - ketchup
  4. 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1 teaspoons - dry mustard
  7. - pepper
  8. 3 cloves - garlic crushed

Directions:

Place all ingredients in gallon-size plastic bag except meat. Blend, then reserve 1/2 c. of sauce to use for basting. Add meat to bag and marinate overnight, turning the bag several times during the process. Remove meat from bag, discard marinade, and grill steaks to desired doneness, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
