Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - ground beef
  2. 1/3 cups - parmesan cheese
  3. 1/4 cups - bread crumbs
  4. 1/4 cups - milk
  5. 1 - egg
  6. - salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
  7. - Crisco for cooking
  8. - Heinz brown gravy OR beef bouillon and roux
  9. - cooked pasta

Directions:

Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg and salt, pepper and garlic salt. Form into meatballs (any size).

Brown in a skillet in Crisco. When cooked, add gravy (or beef bouillon and roux) and simmer on low heat.

Boil pasta, drain, and mix together with meatballs.
