Ingredients:
- 1/2 pounds - ground beef
- 1/3 cups - parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cups - bread crumbs
- 1/4 cups - milk
- 1 - egg
- - salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
- - Crisco for cooking
- - Heinz brown gravy OR beef bouillon and roux
- - cooked pasta
Directions:
Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg and salt, pepper and garlic salt. Form into meatballs (any size).
Brown in a skillet in Crisco. When cooked, add gravy (or beef bouillon and roux) and simmer on low heat.
Boil pasta, drain, and mix together with meatballs.
