Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  2. 1 teaspoons - Garlic
  3. 3 tablespoons - Capsicum
  4. 2 tablespoons - Spring Onion White Part
  5. 1/2 cups - Tomato Puree
  6. - Salt To Taste
  7. 1 teaspoons - Paprika
  8. 1 teaspoons - Chili Flakes
  9. 1 teaspoons - Mexican Seasoning
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  11. 1 teaspoons - Oregano
  12. 3 tablespoons - Rajma Boiled
  13. 1/2 cups - Boiled Mixed Vegetables Sweet Corn, Baby Corn, Cauliflower, Carrot, Broccoli, Zucchini, Bellpapers
  14. 1 cups - Cooked Rice
  15. 2 tablespoons - Sour Cream
  16. 1 tablespoons - Spring Onion Greens
  17. - Nachos
  18. - Baby Corn
  19. - Spring Onion

Directions:

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, capsicum, spring onion whites and tomato puree and cook together.
Now add salt, paprika, chili flakes, mexican seasoning, black pepper, oregano, rajma, mixed vegetables and cooked rice and mix together.
Turn off the stove and add sour cream and spring onion greens.

Serve hot.
