Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoons - Garlic
- 3 tablespoons - Capsicum
- 2 tablespoons - Spring Onion White Part
- 1/2 cups - Tomato Puree
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 teaspoons - Paprika
- 1 teaspoons - Chili Flakes
- 1 teaspoons - Mexican Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoons - Oregano
- 3 tablespoons - Rajma Boiled
- 1/2 cups - Boiled Mixed Vegetables Sweet Corn, Baby Corn, Cauliflower, Carrot, Broccoli, Zucchini, Bellpapers
- 1 cups - Cooked Rice
- 2 tablespoons - Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoons - Spring Onion Greens
- - Nachos
- - Baby Corn
- - Spring Onion
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, capsicum, spring onion whites and tomato puree and cook together.
Now add salt, paprika, chili flakes, mexican seasoning, black pepper, oregano, rajma, mixed vegetables and cooked rice and mix together.
Turn off the stove and add sour cream and spring onion greens.
Serve hot.
