Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Butter
- 1 cups - Flour
- 3 cups - Water Boil water and add slowly only add 2/3 then add cream. You add remaining water later to desired thickness.
- 1 liters - 33% Whip Cream Whisk mixture and add slowly
- 2 tablespoons - Knorr Chicken Base
- 1 cups - Velveeta cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoons - Crushed Chili's
- 400 grams - Medium Cheddar Grated
- 5 dashes - Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 2 tablespoons - Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoons - Montreal Steak Spice
- 1/2 tablespoons - Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons - Dehydrated Salad Mix
- 900 grams - Macaroni
- 1 pinchs - Salt
- 1/2 cups - Vegetable Oil
- 1 cups - Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups - Melted Butter
- 1/2 cups - Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cups - Marble Cheese
- 1 tablespoons - Italian Seasoning
Directions:
Melt Butter over medium low heat in a sauce pan
Whisk in flour slowly a bit at a time
Add 2/3 of the water slowly whisking quickly to prevent lumps
Add Whip cream slowly whisking quickly
One by one add chicken base, Velveeta cubes, spices, cheese and hot sauce whisking and mixing often
Cook macaroni in separate pot with water a pinch of salt and Vegetable Oil, Drain and mix into sauce
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add additional seasoning and water to your preference taste and thickness.
Pour into a baking dish.
Melt butter and mix with Bread crumbs, cheese, Parmesan and Italian seasoning
Spread evenly over mixture cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes
Remove Foil and bake for additional 15 minutes
Remove from Oven and let rest 5-10 minutes, serve and enjoy.
