Mongolian Beef -Keto

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - green onions chopped
  2. - Sesame seeds for sprinkling
  3. 11 bags - riced Cauliflower
  4. 1 1/2 pounds - Flank or Sirloin
  5. 1/3 cups - Swerve brown
  6. 1/4 cups - water
  7. 1/4 cups - soy sauce
  8. 2 tablespoons - sesame oil
  9. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  10. 1/3 teaspoons - ground ginger
  11. 1/4 teaspoons - red pepper flakes
  12. 1/3 teaspoons - Xanthan gum

Directions:

Slice beef thinly against the grain and put in slow cooker

In medium bowl whisk brown Swerve, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour over beef.

Cook on low 4-6 hours or in high 2-3 hours.

When beef is cooked, spoon some of the broth out and put in a bowl. Whisk Xanthan gum until combined and return to slow cooker. Stir to coat.

Sprinkle beef with chopped green onions and sesame seeds and serve over cauliflower rice
