Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ground venison
  2. 8 ounces - cans portabella mushrooms drained
  3. 3 tablespoons - butter
  4. 2/3 cups - onion minced
  5. 1 cups - long grain brown rice
  6. 16 ounces - beef broth

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter in skillet until onions soften, then place aside. Brown venison burger, then add with mushrooms and onions to casserole. Stir in rice and broth and cook covered for 40-50 mins until casserole is no longer soupy.Cool for 5 mins and serve.
