Mushroom-Topped Steaks

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - venison steaks
  2. 1 tablespoons - dijon mustard
  3. 1/2 cups - red wine
  4. 2 tablespoons - vegetable oil divided
  5. 8 ounces - can chunky portabella mushrooms drained

Directions:

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil. Put mustard in plastic bag and add steaks one at a time, coating them in the mustard. Cook steaks in skillet until medium and remove. Add 1 tbsp oil to skillet with mushrooms and red wine. Simmer for about 2 mins, then pour over steaks.
