Mushroom Veni Loaf

Ingredients:

  1. 28 ounces - crushed tomatoes with basil sauce
  2. 6 ounces - tomato paste sauce
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - salt sauce
  4. - pepper sauce
  5. 2 teaspoons - brown sugar
  6. 1 cups - water
  7. 2 teaspoons - dried oregano
  8. 2 pounds - ground venison
  9. 1 cups - dried bread crumbs
  10. 1/4 cups - milk
  11. 2 - eggs beaten
  12. 1 - onion diced
  13. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  14. 1 - small can chopped mushrooms drained
  15. - pepper
  16. 3/4 cups - pepper jack cheese shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix until blended. Mold into loaf and place in roasting pan. Bake for 45 mins. Remove and cover with sauce, then sprinkle with cheese. Place sauced loaf back into oven for an additional 16 mins.
Sauce: In saucepan, mix all ingredients and stir as needed until heated through. Place over meatloaf as directed above.
