Ingredients:
- 2 - oranges peeled, sectioned
- 1/4 cups - pine nuts toasted
- 1/2 cups - vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons - malt vinegar
- 2 tablespoons - sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
- 1 pounds - romaine lettuce torn into bite size pieces
- 8 - scallions sliced
Directions:
Combine all of salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
For dressing, combine all dressing ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously until well blended.
Toss salad with dressing just before serving.
