Orange-Romaine Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - oranges peeled, sectioned
  2. 1/4 cups - pine nuts toasted
  3. 1/2 cups - vegetable oil
  4. 2 tablespoons - malt vinegar
  5. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1 teaspoons - Dijon mustard
  8. 1 pounds - romaine lettuce torn into bite size pieces
  9. 8 - scallions sliced

Directions:

Combine all of salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.

For dressing, combine all dressing ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously until well blended.

Toss salad with dressing just before serving.
