Ingredients:

  1. 3 - packets hot cocoa mix, with 20-25 calories each
  2. 6 ounces - fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt, about 3/4 cup at room temperature
  3. 16 ounces - fat-free cream cheese at room temperature
  4. 1/2 cups - sugar
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  6. 1/2 cups - refrigerated liquid egg whites (about 4 egg whites) at room temperature
  7. 2 tablespoons - all-purpose flour
  8. 1/4 cups - peanut butter chips chopped
  9. 1 packages - (1.53 Oz) Reese's Pieces candies, about 3 T chopped
  10. - chocolate syrup optional

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Coat 9" springform cake pan with cooking spray. In bowl, stir cocoa mix into yogurt until smooth. In large bowl on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Gradually beat in cocoa mixture, egg whites, and flour until blended, about 2 minutes. Fold in peanut butter chips. Pour into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes until firm. Sprinkle with candies. Cool completely. Refrigerate until chilled (at least 1 hour). If desired, serve topped with syrup.
