Ingredients:

  1. 8 - boneless skinless chicken breasts halved
  2. 16 ounces - yogurt
  3. 1/2 cups - coarse grained mustard
  4. 12 ounces - pecans coarsely ground
  5. 8 ounces - plain yogurt
  6. 1/2 cups - sour cream
  7. 3 tablespoons - coarse-grained mustard

Directions:

Combine yogurt and mustard in bowl. Coat chicken with the mixture and roll in pecans.

Cover with wax paper and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Heat yogurt-mustard sauce ingredients and spoon over chicken.
