Ingredients:
- 2 pounds - venison steak sliced thin
- 2 - green peppers sliced into 1/4 in rings
- 2 - onions quartered
- 14 1/2 ounces - can beef broth
- 2 tablespoons - soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons - worchestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons - garlic minced
- 3/4 teaspoons - ground ginger
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Layer ingredients in roasting pan as follows; peppers, meat, and onions. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl, then pour sauce into pan. Cook until done, about 2-3 hours.
