Pepper Steak

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - venison steak sliced thin
  2. 2 - green peppers sliced into 1/4 in rings
  3. 2 - onions quartered
  4. 14 1/2 ounces - can beef broth
  5. 2 tablespoons - soy sauce
  6. 2 teaspoons - worchestershire sauce
  7. 2 teaspoons - garlic minced
  8. 3/4 teaspoons - ground ginger

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325. Layer ingredients in roasting pan as follows; peppers, meat, and onions. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl, then pour sauce into pan. Cook until done, about 2-3 hours.
