Perfect Fried Trout

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - trout
  2. 1/2 cups - all purpose flour
  3. - salt
  4. - pepper
  5. - vegetable oil
  6. 3 tablespoons - butter
  7. - lemon wedges
  8. 1 tablespoons - parsley chopped

Directions:

Clean trout. Pat them dry. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Dip the trout inside and out with the seasoned flour mixture. Fry the trout in about 1/4 in deep of oil. Fry for about 5 mins, flipping halfway until golden brown and tender. Place trout on a serving platter. Melt butter and pour it over the trout. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with parsley.
