Try using 1 t. vanilla & 1 t. of pineapple extract for a treat. I love a cream cheese frosting, but never put it on a cake while hot. This really brings out the flavor.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups - Flour
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 2 teaspoons - Baking Soda
- 2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 2 - Eggs
- 1 cans - (16 oz.) Crushed Pineapple (juice & all)
- 1/2 cups - Chopped Nuts (suggest pecans)
- 1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
- 2 cups - Confectioners' Sugar
- 2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1/4 cups - Butter (1/2 stick) softened
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, vanilla, eggs, pineapple & nuts.
Bake in greased 10x15 (or 9x13) sheet cake pan in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Frosting - Combine the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla & margarine; frost the cake while it is still warm.
