Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - thick pork chops
  2. 1 cups - uncooked rice
  3. 1 packages - onion soup mix
  4. 2 1/4 cups - water

Directions:

Brown chops.

Put rice in bottom of casserole dish. Add chops.

Mix onion soup mix with water and pour over all. Cover with foil and cook in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
